We should mention the diving course at the campsite, adapted for deaf people. Few campsites can boast that, and it is worth mentioning.
Since we are already on Cres, let us also present the campsite Slatina. We would certainly mention it, since this campsite too is among the best in the Kvarner, and it is not in our text just by the way, in passing.
It is located on Cres, only a kilometre from Martinšćica. It can accommodate about 1,500 guests and lies right next to the beach. The beach in front of the campsite is long and narrow, naturally divided into two pebbly coves. The sea is calm, shallow along the shore and pleasantly warm.
The campsite is open to pet owners. Primarily to dog owners, who will be excellently welcomed at this campsite. A special programme has also been organised for them, so that dog owners can experience their holiday in the best possible way.
Besides what has been mentioned, physically active people, athletes and everyone who loves diving, windsurfing, water aerobics or attending beach-volleyball tournaments will feel good at the campsite. Nearby there is also a playground intended for children. The youngest guests will be entertained throughout the day, thus also giving parents room to relax.
To finish, we will also mention the restaurant at the campsite, which offers a varied menu of home-made specialities. Gourmets will certainly enjoy it, especially after swimming, which can really work up an appetite.

Camp Čikat can accommodate about 2,500 guests, who arrive in their own vehicle or wish to rent a mobile home or one of the bungalows at the campsite.
This is a family campsite, which suits families with children best. Of course, others are welcome too, and a suitable offer will be found for everyone. The beach in front of the campsite is about 1 kilometre long, mostly pebbly with some rocky sections. On the beach there is a playground for children, so they can have fun while the parents rest in peace.
Nearby there is also an amusement park – a special place where children will truly enjoy themselves. Here they certainly will not be bored, and will let the older ones rest and not worry so much about the youngest family members.
There is an offer for adults too; you can spend your free time at the surf school, learn to dive or sail. Besides that, those a bit less skilled can rent pedal boats or small boats, to enjoy the view from the sea.
If you intend to visit Krk, and are looking for a campsite, this one might just be your size. It is located in Baška, on the south-eastern coast of the island of Krk, only 19 km from the town of the same name.
Camp Zablaće can accommodate more than 1,600 people. It has a coastline 1,800 metres long which borders the well-known pebble beach ofmany beaches, right in the centre of Baška. From the campsite you have an enchanting view of the neighbouring islands and the coastline.
Besides guests who arrive in their own vehicles, at the campsite you can also rent mobile homes. One part of the campsite is located right by the beach, while some plots are a hundred or so metres from the shore. Campsite guests have a pool as well as a fitness and wellness centre at their disposal.
We should mention the content for the youngest; children can enjoy going down the water slide, or jumping on the trampoline. There is also a mini-golf course, and for adults we offer beach volleyball, scooter and boat rental. Besides that, adults can play tennis or football.

Camp San Marino is one of the largest in the Kvarner, is excellently equipped and can boast a beach of impressive dimensions. It is located on the island of Rab, in the village of Lopar. The campsite is only 12 kilometres from the centre of the town of Rab.
The village of Lopar is a tourist destination known for its well-indented coast and numerous sandy beaches. The beach in front of the campsite is one of them, and is certainly worth visiting. This is Paradise Beach. It is excellent for sporty types, young couples, but also for parents with small children. It has a large surface area, made of fine sand, and a gentle entry into the sea with plenty of shallows. It is an ideal place for children’s play, as well as for sporting contests in the shallow water.
Part of the campsite is located within a pine forest, while one part is in the open – constantly under the sun.
