Pakleni Islands, Sveti Klement Naturist Beach – Palmižana

Palmižana is part of the Pakleni archipelago, located south of the island of Hvar. The swimming season lasts from Easter to November. On Palmižana you can freely shed your clothes, as nudism has a tradition on Palmižana, where you can undisturbed enjoy one of the many secluded island coves. Palmižana is located on the southeastern part of St Clement Island. Palmižana is truly unique and perhaps the best-known natural attraction of Hvar island. Palmižana beach consists of fine pebbles, and sand at the water's edge; behind it is a pine forest that provides shade for bathers. A smaller part of the beach is designated as FKK and intended for naturists. On the beach you will find several bars and restaurants where you can enjoy fish specialities prepared in various ways. Unfortunately, the prices there are above average. If you are on holiday in Hvar or its immediate vicinity, you can reach the beach by taxi boat in 20 minutes.
