Olib – Silba Catamaran: Timetable and Prices

The islands of Olib and Silba are connected by a short section of the state fast-boat line 9401 (Olib – Silba/Žalić – Premuda/Krijal – Zadar and back), operated since 1 May 2025 by the carrier TP Line with the catamaran HSC Kalelarga. It is the shortest section of the whole line – the crossing takes about 20 minutes.

Timetable

The line operates all year round, with a denser summer schedule; Olib and Silba are the first two stops on the line, seen from Olib towards Zadar. Check the exact departures and arrivals for 2026 in the official TP Line sailing schedule, as the schedule differs by day of the week and season.

Buying Tickets

Tickets are bought online at the web shop of the carrier TP Line or at sales points in the ports of Olib and Silba.

Useful Tips

• For such a short route it is enough to arrive for boarding about ten minutes before departure.
• The line carries only passengers and luggage; for a vehicle the Jadrolinija ferry is used, which also calls at Olib and Silba.
• This section is most often used in combination with continuing the journey towards Premuda or Zadar on the same line 9401, so when buying the ticket check whether a direct ticket to the final destination suits you.
