Valbiska (Krk) – Merag (Cres) Ferry: Timetable and Prices, Jadrolinija

Valbiska (Krk) – Merag (Cres) Ferry is one of the busiest local ferry lines on the Adriatic. It is operated by Jadrolinija as state ferry line no. 332, and the crossing takes about 25 minutes.

Timetable

The line operates all year round, every day, with more than 12 departures a day in each direction. The low season applies on 01.01.–02.07. and 01.10.–31.12.2026., and the high season on 03.07.–30.09.2026., when additional evening departures are introduced. Buying tickets

Tickets are bought at the sales points in the ports of Valbiska and Merag or in advance via online ticket sales on the Jadrolinija website. A purchased ticket is valid all day for any departure on the same line, so it is not a problem if you miss the planned ferry.

Useful tips

Merag is a small settlement on Cres with only a few inhabitants, and Valbiska is about 45 km from Rijeka. In the summer months queues of vehicles form, so it is advisable to arrive earlier or travel early in the morning or late in the evening.
