Mali Lošinj is a town in Croatia on the southern side of the island of Lošinj. It is the seventh largest island in the Adriatic Sea, and Mali Lošinj is the largest settlement on the island and the largest settlement on all the Adriatic islands. Mali Lošinj is a coastal settlement located at the head of a bay, more precisely the port of Mali Lošinj. The town faces the sea from the northwest side, which makes it a very important port for sailors. This is largely due to the fact that the port lies on the navigable route between Istria and Dalmatia.

The town of Mali Lošinj consists of 14 settlements: Belej, Ćunski, Ilovik, Male Srakane, Mali Lošinj, Nerezine, Osor, Punta Križa, Susak, Sveti Jakov, Unije, Ustrine, Vele Srakane and Veli Lošinj.
