Residential and Farm Complex, Kršan

In Branković near Kršan stands a residential and farm complex that is a valuable witness to traditional building. Its façade is lively, with three balatura (external stone stairways with a landing) and four vaulted openings (volte), and four chimneys of characteristic shape rise above the roof.

All windows and doors, even those inside, are framed by stone jambs and lintels. The roof cornice rests in places on stone brackets and elsewhere on slate slabs. On the eastern and western sides are rooms for keeping livestock. The complex dates from the period from the 18th to the 19th century.

The residential and farm complex is a protected cultural good, entered in the Register of Cultural Goods of the Republic of Croatia under the code Z-2480.
