Zečja Cove – Poljica, Hvar Island

The beach is located on the northern side of the island, and is graced by a dense pine forest and rocky karst terrain. It is a pebble beach, and you can reach it not only by boat but also by car from the nearby village of Poljica. Just like other beaches on this side of the island, Zečja lies between rocks with only the occasional structure behind it. It is an ideal place to enjoy peace and quiet, to enjoy the scent of pine needles and the feeling of saltiness in the air. The sea is shallow up to a few metres from the shore, so it is ideal for enjoying or playing in the shallows. If you set off for this beach, be sure to bring with you everything you might need. Protect yourself with sunscreen, bring a sunshade and an air mattress to enjoy on the sea's surface.
