Ruskamen Beach – Omiš

Ruskamen is one of the larger and certainly more popular beaches in this area. That's no surprise, given the beach's beauty, accessibility and varied scenery. The beach is naturally pebbly, but it has many stone-built sections that are great for sunbathing and swimming. It is in the sun all day long, but there are a few spots where shade tends to settle. Above the beach there is a pine forest, which you can also enjoy. The sea is clean, warm and a wonderful shade of blue. In certain places large rocks adorn the beach, and smaller boats can be seen out at sea. Bring a sunshade with you, apply sunscreen, and cancel any other plans for the day. Once you arrive here at the beach, you will hardly want to leave, as long as the sun is out. There is no café or restaurant nearby, so it's wise to bring water and something to eat.
