On the northern slope of the Muljica reef, near Rogoznica in Šibenik-Knin County, are the remains of an ancient shipwreck. They are interesting to divers because at a depth of 7 to 36 meters they lie partly on a steep cliff and partly on a sandy bottom.

Probing uncovered densely stacked amphorae of the Lamboglia 2 type, with lids, and wooden parts of the ship's structure. Part of the cargo remained under the sand. The site is dated to the 1st century BC.

A protected cultural good, entered in the Register of Cultural Goods of the Republic of Croatia under the code Z-241. The site shows that navigation in this part of the Adriatic was already lively in the Roman period, and the sea has preserved part of the cargo to this day.

Data: Register of Cultural Goods of the Republic of Croatia (Ministry of Culture and Media), Open Licence; coordinates: DGU (centre of the settlement).
