The parish church of the Annunciation in Supetar on Brač stands in a prominent place in the eastern part of the settlement, over the early Christian basilica of St Peter.
Part of the geometric mosaic of the north aisle has been preserved from the first church. The simple three-aisle façade from the end of the 19th century includes parts of sculpture by the builder Ivan Vitaljić of Komiža, from the early 18th century. The interior is divided by stone piers, and the ceiling is flat and decorated with neoclassical stuccoes. From its position above the harbour, the church is visible from most of the town. The four-storey stone bell tower was built in 1861.
The church is a protected cultural good, entered in the Register of Cultural Goods of the Republic of Croatia under the code Z-1556.
