The Nikolić-Krstulović complex is located at the entrance to Veli Škrip, in the municipality of Supetar, in Split-Dalmatia County. It shows visitors what an 18th-century estate looked like, in which housing and farming shared the same courtyard.
The entire estate is surrounded by a high wall with the year 1771 incised. A stone two-storey building from the end of the 18th century leans against a row of dry-stone single-storey buildings, among them the building of the old kitchen. An external stone staircase leads to the upper floor, and a terrace was added towards the garden, on the south side. In the northern part of the courtyard stands a single-storey building with a press in which olives were milled, and there is also a cistern cut into the rock.
The complex is a protected cultural good, entered in the Register of Cultural Goods of the Republic of Croatia under the code Z-1875.
