The parish church of Saints Fabian and Sebastian is located on a raised part of Donji Humac. It attracts visitors with a rare medieval fresco.
It was built in the time of developed Romanesque, and was enlarged in the 14th century. It acquired its present three-aisled form at the end of the 19th century by widening the side aisles. It is built of fine ashlar, and inside has a pointed vault with a Romanesque cornice and masonry transverse ribs. On the east wall above the chancel arch a 13th-century fresco with a Deesis scene has been preserved, rare in Dalmatian wall painting. The stone bell tower with an onion dome on the southeast side was built in 1744 by the master builder Ignacije Macanović.
The church is a protected cultural good and is entered in the Register of Cultural Goods of the Republic of Croatia under the code Z-4455.
