On a height above Sutivan on the island of Brač, in Split-Dalmatia County, stands the church of St Roch. Visitors come to it for the view of the village and for the touching votive paintings in the interior.

It was built in the 17th century as a votive church because of the plague. The single-nave building was renovated in the 19th century, when a bell tower was added beside the façade. The stone façade is simply conceived: a profiled entrance and a richly decorated rosette. Inside are votive paintings of ships that were saved in a storm.

The church is a protected cultural good, entered in the Register of Cultural Goods of the Republic of Croatia under the code Z-3429. The period from the 17th to the 19th century is mentioned.
