Jerolim Kavanjin's Summer Residence, Sutivan

Jerolim Kavanjin's summer residence stands on the shore in Sutivan in Split-Dalmatia County. It recalls the time when Split nobles spent the summer in seaside villas. It was built on the site of a former Gothic loggia.

It was originally built by the Split nobleman Jerolim Natalis. It is a stone two-storey building, partly enclosed by a defensive wall. On the ground floor the Baroque layout of the vestibule, chapel and side rooms has been preserved, and in the pavement the coat of arms of the Capogrosso Kavanjin family. Beside the side wing from the 18th century, at the rear, extends a large park.

The summer residence is a protected cultural good, entered in the Register of Cultural Goods of the Republic of Croatia under the code Z-1557.
