In the hamlet of Truša in Tugare, in Poljica near Omiš, stands the small church of Our Lady of the Immaculate Conception with the confraternity house. It is valuable as an image of Poljica identity: the villagers themselves still look after it today.
The church is a simple stone building 8.80 metres long and 5.50 metres wide, built of dressed stone and covered with slabs, without an apse and squeezed in between houses. Above the entrance is a narrow window, and over it a single-arch bell gable with a bell. Inside is a pointed Gothic vault. It is first mentioned in sources in 1711, in the visitation of Archbishop Cupilli, but it was built earlier; it is mentioned in 1599. A visitation of 1745 judges it to be in good condition. The original inventory has been preserved, including the only surviving original painting on the choir loft, along with the church and the confraternity house.
The church and confraternity house are a protected cultural good and are entered in the Register of Cultural Goods of the Republic of Croatia under the code Z-6774.
