This beach is special in that it is surrounded by brackish water. Namely, Pantan is a marshland whose water reaches the sea via the Rika watercourse. It is precisely in that part that Pantana beach is located. The ruins you see are old towers, dating back to the time when mills were built along the Rika watercourse. Today this beach lies in a natural setting, is made of pebbles, and is a lovely place to spend a day under the sun. Come and enjoy.
