The villa is designed so that up to three family members of the family can enjoy a lot of space and privacy - be it in the villa itself or on the 8,000 m / q large park garden. Even if the large park garden provides for pleasant refreshment, one should not miss a beach visit (distant 2.5 km) and a bathroom in one of the cleanest parts of the Adriameer. The lively and well-known holiday resort in Istria / Croatia - Porec, is only a few kilometers (2 km) away and is with its numerous well-kept beaches, restaurants, cafes and the beautiful historical city center, attraction for all tourists. Villa is provided for 8 + 4 guests on cca 150 m / q living space on two floors: - on the ground floor are living room for 2 + 1 persons, consists of a living-bedroom with double bed and sleeping couch, mini kitchen and bathroom / WC. - On the first floor is a living room for 2 + 2 persons, consists of a living-bedroom with double bed and sofa bed, mini-kitchen and bathroom, separate WC. - On the first floor is the apartment for 4 + 1 persons, consists of a large living room and bedroom with 2 single beds, a bedroom with double bed and sofa bed, a complete kitchen, bath / WC. All apartment units are air conditioned, equipped with TV / satellite antenna (Astra & Hotbird) and WLAN / wireless internet. Recreation: possibility bicycles to the center of the apartments, and on one of the numerous marked cycle paths, further: table tennis, a football and badminton court, Bochie, etc. Very child-friendly are the playground and sandbox. A few kilometers away from VILLA RUSTICO has a number of points where you choose an agroturistic farm in the middle of nature. Here the hosts will host you with homemade local products.
