Rodići is a hamlet near Trnbusi, in the area of the town of Omiš in Split-Dalmatia County. It lies in a basin among fertile sinkholes, and shows visitors how a village was built and organized in the interior of Dalmatia.
Dwelling houses with attached single-storey smoke kitchens, hearth houses, are lined up along the slopes of the hill, with the longer side parallel to the contour lines. The older ones are single-storey houses of large, irregular stone; the newer are two-storey buildings with a rectangular floor plan, of regularly dressed stone of equal size, with roofs of grooved tiles. The pojate (sheds) are built dry of large irregular blocks. Their roofs have collapsed, and on some part of a rye-straw covering remains. Beside the pojate are three threshing floors. The settlement arose in the 18th and 19th centuries and forms a harmonious, rounded ensemble with high ambient value.
The ensemble is a protected cultural good, entered in the Register of Cultural Goods of the Republic of Croatia under the code Z-6694.
