In the village of Donja Ostrvica, in central Poljica, in the area of the town of Omiš in Split-Dalmatia County, lies the Miri site with the hamlet of Krcatovići. A rarely well-preserved villa from late antiquity stands there, in the middle of an agrarian landscape.
The building reached the height of the first floor and is a typologically interesting complex. The same building level is found on the late antique church in the neighboring village of Gata and at the Polače site in Strožanac. The walls in the hamlet are woven into the dense structure of a small village ensemble, as is usual for the Poljica area. The larger structure faces a small field, has a representative character and is a unique archaeological monument of late antiquity in an agricultural environment.
The site is a protected cultural good, entered in the Register of Cultural Goods of the Republic of Croatia under the code Z-7261.
