Drivenik is a place in the Municipality of Vinodol, in Primorje-Gorski Kotar County, and is interesting as one of the Vinodol towns with a fortress from the 13th to the 15th century. It is mentioned in 1288 in the Vinodol Law Code as one of the nine towns of the Vinodol county.
It is assumed that the first fortress was wooden, and the stone one arose in two phases. First the southern part was built, with a round defensive tower and high walls around a quadrangular courtyard, then a new outer wall with round towers at the corners and by the entrance in the west. Below the fortress stands the 15th-century Church of St Stephen, and the Baroque parish Church of St Domnius was rebuilt in 1821. The houses in the place are distinguished by simple coastal construction, and on the eastern edge of the settlement a Way of the Cross, a calvary, was laid out in the 18th century.
A protected cultural property, entered in the Register of Cultural Goods of the Republic of Croatia under the code Z-5088.
