The church of St Michael is located in Gornji Humac. It is a modest little church with an old, late Romanesque design.

It was built in the 13th century in late Romanesque forms. It is single-nave, with a square apse and a barrel vault, at the start of which runs a simple wall cornice. Beside the entrance on the façade are two pilasters joined by an arch with a small gabled roof. Above the façade is a bell gable. The little church is simple and without splendour, but it shows well what village building looked like in the Middle Ages and how it has been preserved to this day.

The church is a protected cultural good and is entered in the Register of Cultural Goods of the Republic of Croatia under the code Z-5878.
