The church of St Joseph in Kaštel Stari is an example of modest Baroque sacred architecture on the Kaštela riviera. It is located in the municipality of Kaštela, in Split-Dalmatia County, and dates from 1695.
The church is single-nave, with a rectangular ground plan and a rectangular apse, and extends in a north-south direction. It is built of regularly hewn stone blocks. On the south façade is a portal with a simply profiled frame and a prominent cornice above the lintel. Above it is a plaque with an inscription saying that the church was built by Lelije Ćipiko in 1695, and higher still are a rosette in a square frame and a bell gable. The interior is covered with a barrel vault, and the roof is covered with curved pantiles.
The church is a protected cultural good, entered in the Register of Cultural Goods of the Republic of Croatia under the code Z-3580.
