The Stupi cemetery in Kaštel Lukšić preserves the memory of the people who shaped this part of the Kaštela coast. It is located a little east of the settlement, in the municipality of Kaštela, in Split-Dalmatia County.
The local cemetery was moved here in 1855, onto land that belonged to the Vitturi family. The residents of Kaštel Lukšić were buried at Stupi for more than 120 years. There lies the tomb of the noble Vitturi family, which founded the Renaissance settlement of Lukšić. Also buried here are Don Ivan Matijaca, a prominent advocate of the national revival in the 19th century, and the well-known Czech physician Henrik Šoulavy, who strongly encouraged culture and the development of tourism on the Kaštela coast.
The cemetery is memorial heritage and a protected cultural good, entered in the Register of Cultural Goods of the Republic of Croatia under the code Z-4025.
