In the centre of Selca, northeast of the church of Christ the King, stands a complex of houses known as the Didolić Mansion. It is interesting because it is not only a beautiful stone house, but also a place important for the political and cultural history of Dalmatia in the 19th century.
The complex was built in the second half of the 19th century by the distinguished Selca family Didolić. In the time of the National Revival in Dalmatia, the cultural and political life of the area took place in it. The main building is a monumental L-shaped two-storey stone house, built of regular ashlar. In front of it extends a garden with farm buildings. On the terrace a wellhead with the coat of arms of the Triune Kingdom has been preserved. The house suffered in 1943, when Selca was set on fire.
The complex is protected as a cultural-historical entity, entered in the Register of Cultural Goods of the Republic of Croatia under the code Z-5584.
