Gredice Manor stands on a hillside, in front of the entrance to the town of Zabok, in Krapina-Zagorje County, at the address Gredice Zabočke 7. It is of interest to travellers coming from the direction of Zagreb, because the approach opens up a fine view of the manor and Zabok.
It was owned by the Gubaš and Babić families, and Ksaver Šandor Đalski lived and died in it. It is a single-storey building with a rectangular ground plan and a hipped roof, which was the centre of the estate. As early as the end of the 18th century the estate had several farm buildings, a fish pond and a geometrically laid-out garden. The access avenue of horse chestnut trees has been preserved to this day. During the renovation, in which the building was adapted for catering use, the original part of the ground floor and the cellar rooms were preserved. In addition to its cultural and historical value, it also has ambient value.
The manor is a protected cultural good from the 18th century, and is entered in the Register of Cultural Goods of the Republic of Croatia under the code Z-2229.
