Bračak Manor, Zabok

The Kulmer manor in Braščak, near Zabok, was built in 1890 to plans by the engineer A. Seč, soon after Count Kulmer bought the estate. The building has one upper floor and an L-shaped ground plan, with two wings, west and south. Where they meet, facing southwest, a corner tower rises.

It is entered from the inner side, via a symmetrical three-flight staircase with a historicist wrought-iron railing. Upstairs there were once five rooms and a central hall in the tower. A landscaped park was laid out around the manor in 1889. From 1947 the building housed a health institution, until a new hospital was built, and the interior rooms were then rearranged. Today the manor has no use.

Braščak Manor is a protected cultural good, entered in the Register of Cultural Goods of the Republic of Croatia under the code Z-4109.
