The Ražanj lighthouse stands on the Zaglav peninsula, on the outer coast of the island of Brač, in the municipality of Milna. For mariners it is an important point of orientation when sailing through the Split Gate and the Brač–Hvar channel, and for visitors it is of interest as part of the history of maritime signalling on the Adriatic.
The lighthouse was built in 1874. It is a simple rectangular building of stone laid in regular courses, covered by a hipped roof with pantiles. In the centre of the south façade rises a polygonal tower with a lantern at the top. The modest architecture and choice of material fit the building into the rocky landscape of the island, and its purpose has remained in the foreground.
The lighthouse is a protected cultural property and is entered in the Register of Cultural Goods of the Republic of Croatia under the code Z-5786. It is located in Split-Dalmatia County.
