House Villa Fortica

This vacation house is named Villa Fortica . This villa was a retreat from everyday life for two architects who built in their passion and love for space. They have created an oasis of peace and tranquility, happiness and love. Every detail has its place in the house, carefully chosen by its makers. Villa is surrounded by three gardens with oranges, tangerines, lemons, olives,... Small turtles are hiding in there. Villa is both isolated and very close to the center of village. That was achieved by its position on the top of a small hill right above the church. Many restaurants, the center of village and cultural sites are within 2 to 5 minutes walk distance. Nightlife is characteristic for the summer, but in winter we also have cafes and restaurants, working for the locals. Ferry line connects Milna with Split directly. Ferry port is 800 m away. THere is also a Bus station which connects Milna with Supetar and Bol. Bus station is 250 m from the house. There are many beaches in the surrounding area. Beach named "Osibova" is 1 km away, "Lanterna" is 1,5 km away, "Lučice" is 1,5 km away, "Cukarin" is 0,5 km away, ... Distance from the sea and "Aci Marina" is 100 m. The atmosphere of whole property is very authentic. The house is big. Consists of a large living room with TV, DVD and line. Living room is connected with dining area which has large glass table, bar, kitchen, pantry and toilet. Inner fireplace decorates the living-dining room. On the second floor there are 4 bedrooms and a bathroom, one bedroom can be used as a living room with kitchen and sofa bed plus TV. Two rooms have a king sized bed, big closet and a gallery with a double bed and a working table. Small room contains a bed, closet and working table. Bathroom has a standing shower. Every room has air conditioning. House can accommodate up to 11 people (13 if you count the living room couch) Terrace contains, 2 small coffee tables and one big white stone table. White stone table is made of white traditional local stone called "Brački kamen". It is beautiful and fully functional, but can not be moved. There is a outside fireplace built for barbecue. From terrace you can access storage room with washing machine and dishwasher. Most of the terrace space is covered with roof, but there is also enough open space for sunbathing.
