With that in mind, we have kept our camp, as far as possible, in its natural form, so that guests can feel connected to nature and the values we have been blessed with. Straško camp is equipped to a high standard, so that you have the comfort you need on holiday. At the same time, we have made an effort to preserve the natural space, so that you can enjoy the days and nights you spend here.
Besides enjoying the most beautiful beach on the Adriatic, the sun and the clear sea, once you settle into Straško camp you will experience an ideal holiday. Various additional facilities (sports, recreation and entertainment) will ensure good fun during your stay, for children and adults alike. During the day and in the evening you will have plenty to do to round off your time in the camp.
Besides what the camp itself offers, you can find more to do in the nearby town of Novalja. The centre of Novalja is only one and a half kilometres from Straško camp.
Straško camp is located right by the sea, in a beautiful natural bay. It extends over 57 hectares of forest dominated by Dalmatian oak and olive trees. It is one of the largest and leading camps on the Adriatic (in Croatia).
The beach in front of the camp is pebbly and 2 kilometres long. It is among the most beautiful beaches on the island of Pag and this part of our coast. With its natural beauty and various facilities, the beach is ideal for children and adults. On the beach you can find facilities such as trampolines, a water world for children, and bicycle rental. There is also a varied entertainment programme that runs throughout the day. Straško camp is also equipped with a restaurant, a pizzeria and beach bars. Given all this, it is no surprise that the beach in front of the camp holds the Blue Flag award.
The camp itself has also received many awards. We can mention the “Blue Flower” award, given to the best camp in Croatia, which we received for the year 2011.
Straško camp has proudly held four stars since 2008. It confirms our commitment and the investment we put into the camp, and it is something we are proud of.
The sanitary facilities have been completely renovated and adapted to the needs of today's modern tourism (summer holidays).
We offer our guests accommodation on pitches with an electricity connection and a water connection, as well as mobile homes with a TV and satellite reception. A large number of the accommodation units are right by the sea, but the other pitches have their own advantages too. Enjoy any of them and spend unforgettable days of your summer holiday.
The pitches in Straško camp are divided into three zones. They are up to 160 square metres in size and are equipped with an electricity connection, water and a Wi-Fi signal for internet access.
