Prva Voda Beach – Marjan, Split

On the northern side of Marjan in Split, next to the small harbour, lies Prva Voda beach. It is made of pebbles, has a gentle entry into the water and a fenced-off area for bathers. In one part the beach is lined with stone, from where rocks and the natural landscape continue towards the park. In that part, the view of the sea is adorned by the wrecks of large ships deliberately left there. Today they serve as an attraction for bathers and a habitat for many species of birds and marine life. Behind the beach you have a pine forest, which provides excellent shade when the sun is scorching. The forest later continues into Marjan Park, one of the better-known excursion spots in this city. A promenade runs through the park, which you too can make use of. Recommendation: Lubinski porat beach, Split.
