Bol is a town located on the island of Brač. It is a typical tourist town with a small population who make their living from tourism. Accommodation can be found in modernised apartments and hotels. The history of this place goes back to Roman times, and some monuments have survived from the 12th century. The biggest attraction is certainly the beach Zlatni rat, one of the most beautiful in the whole of Croatia.
