Voz bay is located in the municipality of Omišalj, in Primorje-Gorski Kotar County, and the remains of an ancient harbor are preserved in it. For visitors it is interesting as a place that throughout history connected the island of Krk with the nearby mainland.
On the eastern, gently sloping side of the bay, the remains of ancient architecture can be seen, interpreted as a harbor in a particularly suitable bay. It is a permanent maritime crossing that in all historical periods joined the island with the mainland. In the sea, remains of movable ancient objects are also visible, which further supports the interpretation of a harbor. The site belongs to the period from the 1st to the 5th century.
The zone is a protected cultural good, entered in the Register of Cultural Goods of the Republic of Croatia under the code Z-2937.
