The parish church of St Anthony is located in the cemetery south of Zadvarje, above the road to Gornja Brela, beneath the southern cliffs of Osoje. It is interesting to visitors as a typical example of a simple late Baroque church of the Dalmatian hinterland. It belongs to the municipality of Zadvarje in Split-Dalmatia County.
The present building was erected in the second half of the 18th century on the site of an older one. It is single-nave, with a rectangular apse, built of regular stone blocks, with a gabled roof of curved pantiles. The entrance is on the west façade, above which can be seen a dedicatory inscription from 1774 in honour of the Archbishop of Split Ivan Luka Garagnin, and a simple rosette. At the top of the façade is a bell gable with three bells and plant ornaments. In the church are three altars: a stone main altar with statues of St Anthony and St Bartholomew, a wooden altar of Our Lady of the Rosary, and a stone altar of St John of Nepomuk.
The church is a protected cultural good, entered in the Register of Cultural Goods of the Republic of Croatia under the code Z-6861.
