Uskok Beach – Zadar

Right in the city, next to the Borik marina, lies the city's Uskok beach. It is very well visited and one of the more popular beaches in Zadar. Uskok beach is fully equipped. It has showers, changing cabins and other infrastructure a beach needs. It stands out among numerous beaches for having an adapted access to the sea for people in wheelchairs. Otherwise the beach is very accessible, with a gentle descent into the sea. Nearby the beach is plaža Puntamika. In some parts the beach has natural shade, but still we cannot say it is shaded. To be safe and protect yourself in time, be sure to bring sunscreen and a parasol if you have one. For the full experience on the beach, you can rent yourself a sun lounger. That will complete the experience and allow for an undisturbed, full-day rest in the sun. Near the beach there are catering establishments, so you won't be short of drinks or tasty food.
