The ancient landing place lies along the northwestern coast of the island of Pašman, in Zadar County. For lovers of maritime history it shows how ships long ago took shelter in a calm bay.

In antiquity the islands of Muntan, Veliki Dužac and Mali Dužac were joined to the coast of Pašman and thus closed off a deep bay. A small stone landing place, in the northwest of the island, served as a natural mooring and resting place for ships of that time. The life of the harbor is attested by archaeological finds from a thin layer of sand and silt on the seabed. The landing place is dated from the 1st to the 4th century.

The landing place is a protected cultural good, entered in the Register of Cultural Goods of the Republic of Croatia under the code Z-26.

Data: Register of Cultural Goods of the Republic of Croatia (Ministry of Culture and Media), Open Licence; coordinates: DGU (centre of the settlement).
