The Church of Our Lady of Srima stands on top of the hill that overlooks Srima, in the area of the Town of Vodice, in Šibenik-Knin County. From there a view opens over the surroundings, and the church itself is a real little collection of Romanesque details.
It was built between the 12th and 13th centuries as a single-nave church with a rectangular apse, of uneven ground plan but correctly oriented. On the facade and on the south wall of the nave there is a Romanesque portal each, and the semicircular lunette is recessed relative to the thresholds and decorated with a cross in relief. Above the west entrance is a narrow vertical window with a semicircular arch, similar to the one in the apse. At the top of the facade is a bell gable. The vault is barrel-shaped, and the roof was once entirely of stone slabs. In the apse is a fresco of Mary with Jesus and St Vitus and St George.
The church is a protected cultural property and is entered in the Register of Cultural Goods of the Republic of Croatia under the code Z-5507.
