The Church of the Nativity of Our Lady is located in the village of Prvić Luka on the island of Prvić, in the municipality of Vodice in Šibenik-Knin County. For visitors it is a small island church in which the difference between the older and the younger part can be seen on the building itself.
It is single-nave, with a rectangular apse, and is built entirely of stone. The older part is built of regular stone blocks in rows, while the newer part, created by extending the nave in 1876, is of coarser stone and finally plastered. The church is correctly oriented. The nave and the apse have gabled roofs covered with curved tiles. The apse has a pointed Gothic vault, and the nave an open wooden roof. On the western façade there is a rectangular portal. The building phases extend from the 13th to the 19th century.
The church is a protected cultural good and is entered in the Register of Cultural Goods of the Republic of Croatia under the code Z-3326.
