The Nassis Palace stands in Zadar's Špire Brusine Street, in Zadar County. To a visitor strolling through Zadar's old town it shows how a Gothic and Renaissance house changed over several centuries.
It is a layered building with two upper floors, originally medieval, and in the 15th and 16th centuries it was remodelled. The most valuable parts belong to the late Gothic and Renaissance phases. The inner courtyard is entered through a valuable late Gothic portal. On the first floor of the façade is a large monofora (single-light window), and on the second a harmonious bifora (two-light window) in the late Gothic style. In the 18th century several square windows were opened in the façade, and a stone wellhead was placed in the courtyard.
The Nassis Palace is a protected cultural good, entered in the Register of Cultural Goods of the Republic of Croatia under the code Z-745. It belongs to secular architectural heritage.
