HOLIDAY APARTMENT is located in a quiet residential area of Porec, in the vicinity of the beaches and town center. It is situated on the first floor, and it can accommodate up to 4 persons. Apartment's description: two bedrooms (with matrimonial beds) which exit to a large terrace overlooking the garden/sea, living room (with sofa bed) with TV-SAT, fully equipped kitchen, and balcony overlooking the garden and private parking place. Our guests are welcome to use the private parking space and garden with relax area, barbecue and children swing. From our garden there is a direct access to the football/basketball court and children playground. One of the nearest beaches is especially suitable for small children, offering "Blue Flag" sea water quality, lifeguards, children's playground and a lot of shade. The town center can be reached by car (less than 5 minutes), on foot (35 min. walk, main part of it by the sea) or by tourist train (tourist train stop is 10 minutes' walk away from the apartment). You will find a small neighborhood shop with local farmer's produce, a bakery, a kiosk, pharmacy with long working hours, a hairdresser, laundry service, dental policlinic and general medicine policlinic, two alimentary shops a restaurant at the end of our street. If there's only the two of you, there's no problem - we can offer you the same apartment, but with one bedroom, and, naturally, with a reduced price.
