Studio Lavanda

Guests use the entire house, where they stay on their own; it was built and categorised as a four-star studio apartment (****). The house is located in Osibova cove, approx. 70m from the sea. Access to the property is via an asphalt road from Milna (approx. 1500m long), 3 – 4m wide, with occasional widenings for passing vehicles. The remaining section, approx. 500m long, is a well-maintained gravel road, partly concreted. The property is built at the end of a dead-end street. Guests have at their disposal a large shaded terrace with a sea view, with a large table and two sun loungers. Next to the terrace there is a built fireplace where guests can prepare a barbecue or peka. The house has its own parking for two cars and a garden of approx. 300m2.
The relatively short distance from the centre of Milna allows guests to attend various cultural and entertainment events in Milna itself, but also to enjoy a peaceful and relaxing holiday surrounded by the relaxing scents of the Mediterranean, in the green shade of pine trees, with the sounds of the sea and cicadas.
In the immediate and wider surroundings of the property there are numerous paths through olive groves and pine forest, suitable for walking or cycling. The nearest beach is approx. 100m away (rocks and concrete platforms), and the pebble beaches are approx. 250 - 500 m away.
