Chapel of St Roch, Osijek

The chapel of St Roch stands on Solarski trg in Osijek's Upper Town, in Osijek-Baranja County. By its position it helps to shape a small Baroque square, so it is a pleasant point for a walk through the older part of the town.

It is a single-nave building with a polygonal sanctuary, and a bell tower with an open porch on the ground floor is attached to the main façade. The cap of the bell tower is shaped as a compressed Baroque onion dome, with a pyramidal turret and a cross on top. The chapel was built in 1742 in the Baroque style.

The building is a protected cultural good, entered in the Register of Cultural Goods of the Republic of Croatia under the code Z-1661.
