Camp Valkanela is open in the period between 20.04.2018. - 30.09.2018.
During the summer months you can enjoy at our camp the holiday you deserve. Enjoy a small, natural bay in Istria, between Vrsar and the small village of Funtana. The camp has as many as 2000 pitches, with water and electricity connections. While camping you can enjoy a magnificent view of Vrsar and the nearby small islands. Spend your summer at affordable prices, and enjoy the best view of the islets in front of the bay.
We offer our camp guests free internet access via Wi-Fi.
The camp pitches are located among the pine branches, which means that during the day you can stay and enjoy natural shade.
Camp Valkanela has a larger number of top-equipped mobile homes. Book one of them for yourself and enjoy the comfort we offer. The mobile homes are equipped inside, and for outdoor relaxation there are covered terraces offering a wonderful view of the sea and the islands already mentioned. For complete enjoyment, we suggest you relax in the hydromassage tub. You can enjoy the shared pools, both for swimming and for refreshment with your favourite drink, which is served nearby.

Camp Valkanela has restaurants and bars. Relax with excellent bites of local specialities, enjoy refreshing drinks and the tranquillity that such a natural setting offers. Besides the restaurants at the camp, in nearby Vrsar you can enjoy fish specialities, dishes with shellfish or other gourmet delicacies from local masters.
The beach next to our camp is varied, so everyone will find a suitable place for themselves. Enjoy the natural stone slabs, which are suitable for sunbathing, or the gravel part of the beach that is hidden in the shade of the nearby pines. If you are more the type of person who prefers pools, we have a place for you too. Right next to the beach is a pool complex for all ages. The offer around the pools is top-class, so you can relax on a sun lounger while enjoying a drink under the shade of a parasol that protects you from the strong sun.
From the rich offer of our camp we can highlight: a well-stocked supermarket, a newsstand, several children's playgrounds, a first-aid clinic and a safe that you can rent at reception.
One part of the beach is reserved for guests with pets (dogs), who may stay at our camp for an extra charge. Internet is available to all our guests staying at the camp. There is also a currency exchange office at the camp, and you have the option to rent a car in case you want to visit some nearby place. Last but not least, let us not forget to mention the ATM, which is located at the camp.
