Kanica is a small town situated in the heart of the Adriatic. This place is known for its clear water, beautiful countryside, friendly locals, and is characterized by peace and quiet, which is suitable for family holidays. There is a restaurant "Sandokan", where you can try many Dalmatian specialties.
Villa Nevenka is located 30 meters from the beach, which is partly sandy and partly concrete. The house is built on two floors, the ground floor is a private apartment where the owners lived on the first floor there is a spacious apartment A3 (8 + 2) - 130 square meters, on the second floor there are apartments A1 (4 + 3) -80 square meters and A2 (4 + 1) - 50 square meters. The house has a garden of 600 meters kvadrtanih, small garden, walking path around the building and parking for at least 6 cars, also in front of the house there is a gazebo with a fireplace, where guests are able to use.
