# Torpedo Museum Rijeka

The Torpedo Museum - Rijeka is located on the premises of the Rijeka City Museum. It has a very interesting exhibition under the name - Torpedo Rijeka, which is the first in the world to be exhibited in such an imaginative way - using the sea / water as the medium through which the exposed object moves.

This interesting exhibition is divided into three parts:

The first part, located on the ground floor, shows the torpedo and its most important parts

The second part, located in the space of the staircase, shows the chronology of the development of the present invention

The third part, located on the first floor, represents a kind of cultural explanation of the torpedoes as an important scientific, not just military discovery

The entire showroom is wrapped in transparent materials, which aim to further present torpedo factories, torpedoes themselves and other exhibits. In addition to the banners, video projections have been installed in the showroom specifically prepared for the occasion.

The complete atmosphere of the “factory under the sea” completes the specially prepared sound for the occasion, as well as the programmed lighting. The entire display of the museum is designed to use as little museum equipment as possible to overcome the atmosphere of the floating seabed. In chronological order the original parts from the torpedo factory were erected in the museum.
